(By appointment only and requires a non-refundable booking fee – min 2 weeks notice in advance to secure your preferred date/time and allow for preparation of materials.)
Create, celebrate, and take home your masterpiece— every child keeps what they craft!
2 hrs (no minimum numbers required, max 20) $25 per child
PARENT PARTY ORGANISER PLEASE NOTE: Birthday parties have maximum 20 seats available for children & adults. Ages 6+ optional drop & go. Parents are welcome to stay at no charge, but please note this will reduce the number of child spots available. Craft activities are for kids only—grown-ups may assist if their child asks for help. Age 0-5 (must be accompanied by an adult free of charge)
I provide: Art activity, instructions & guidance, all art materials (all setting up and cleaning up), music (if required), cold drinking water/tea/coffee with cups & mugs, fridge for food/drinks/cake, cake knife, lighter for candles/sparklers.
You provide: cake, decorations (no glitter/confetti), candles/sparklers, napkins/disposable plates/disposable cutlery, snacks/food/drinks (note: only a small fridge available).
For an additional cost: themed decorations, themed invitation template, themed plates/napkins/cutlery.
⭐ 2-Hour Kids Birthday Party Timeline (with Craft + Cake)
0:00–0:10 — Arrival & Warm-Up
Kids arrive, put gifts in a spot
Simple table activity like colouring sheets/looking through activity guidelines
Light music, get everyone settled
0:10–0:20 — Welcome & Party Rules (super simple)
Quick hello and intro
Explain craft activity and where the bathroom/drinks are/plan for the session
0:20–1:05 — Craft Activity (45 mins)
Main craft session
Early finisher activites (colouring in sheets)
Take photos while they create! (wrist band for anyone on the NO photo list)
1:05–1:20 — Cake Time 🎂
Gather everyone
Sing Happy Birthday
Blow out candles
Serve & eat cake
1:20–1:30 —Wash up
Dispose of napkins/plates in bin
Wash hands before finishing craft
1:30–1:50 Finish craft activity (20 mins)
Group photo with craft & birthday child
1:50 – 2:00 — Pack Up (don’t forget the birthday gifts) & Goodbye Bags
Give out party bags (if happening)
